PHILADELPHIA -- A new study by a team led by David Grande of the University of Pennsylvania has dissected the 2009-10 health reform opinion polls that exerted such influence on Congressional debate and voting on the issue. What they found is that press coverage seriously distorted what the poll results were actually saying.
