WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Against a backdrop of the Fiscal Cliff, the Sequester, a gridlocked Congress and the general sense of health care's state of financial crisis, nearly 700 health services researchers and policy executives gathered at the Capital's Grand Hyatt for the two-day 2013 AcademyHealth National Health Policy Conference.
